Frequently asked questions
What is error correction?
Error correction lets a QR code still be scanned when partially damaged. Higher levels (Q, H) recover more but make the code denser. Use H if you'll print the QR or place a logo over it.
Will Wi-Fi QR codes work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Both iOS Camera and Android Camera/Lens recognize the standard WIFI:T:WPA;S:...;P:...;; format and prompt to join the network.
Are SVG and PNG both supported?
Yes. SVG scales without loss for print and design. PNG and JPG are great for sharing or embedding. All exports happen in your browser.
Why does my QR code with a logo overlaid in the middle fail to scan?
Logos block QR modules that the scanner needs. Use error-correction level H (the highest) — it recovers up to 30% of damaged or covered modules. Keep the logo under 25% of the total area and centred, never near the three positioning squares in the corners.
